Redone not Rehab. Does it make a difference? We would like to think so. When the original owner of this home needed an alternate living arrangement, it was decided it was time to sell the family home. While the house has “good bones”, a great layout, was cared for, maintained, lived in and loved, cosmetically it had not been updated in quite some time. Besides the cosmetic updates that were made to this home, new windows, doors, gutter guard, and hot water-heater have recently been installed. All electric wiring has been updated and inspected.
