Same home. Different look. A few weeks back, I posted pictures of 9503 Kingscroft, Unit N. I staged this condo using the owner’s furniture, but added Casa Bella’s pictures, area rugs, lamps, accent pieces, and a couple of small accent tables. The unit was under contract within 4 days. However, as these things sometimes happen, due to buyer financing, the deal fell through just a week shy of closing. All of the owner’s furniture and Casa Bella’s staging pieces had been removed. Casa Bella now had an empty condo to stage. So, this is what we did for our client. We staged the living room, dining room, kitchen, owner’s bedroom, bathroom, and patio with our furniture, pictures, and décor. Take a look. It always amazes me how different a space can look!
