Even though the layouts of these Windsor at Perry Hall Farms Condominiums are very similar, I never run out of ideas on how to make each one unique.

For this unit, I kept it pretty basic using black and white prints in the living room and dining room.

To match the light and sunny feel of this western facing condo, I decided to add a little fun. I hung these two prints of music instruments and completed the look with a black record player in a case with some vintage albums that belonged to my dad and added a couple of bottles of wine.  The living room is a place where you live and lounge so I wanted to give it that vibe.

Continue to the bright kitchen – I added accent pieces in the color red to give it a splash of color.  For the breakfast area and the unique bonus room, I carried the black and white theme with the furniture and added a few fun accent pieces.  The canvas prints are actually pictures I took while on vacation in California.  I love the way the flowers on the desk look like they were hand picked from the picture.  I wish I could take credit for that, but that was my 7 year old granddaughter’s idea.

For the primary bedroom I wanted to add a bit more color.  I choose a charming picture with a bike and worked from there, tying in the bicycle pillows, the bicycle accent piece, and picking up on the clay flower pots in the picture, I included three clay pots with flowers on the table.
