Aww, this was my baby…my favorite. Very personal to me because Michael and I purchased this home and renovated it. We put our heart and soul into making this a house a home that someone would love and appreciate. When we were finished, I didn’t want to sell it – I wanted to live there! I personally love the color of the front door – Michael was not a fan, but I wanted it to stand out and it did! I actually matched the color to a doormat I bought for the front door. For the first floor, we opened up some of the walls to create an open floor plan, added crown molding, recessed lighting, flooring, light fixtures, ceiling fans, doors and fresh paint. I accented the rooms with red and black, tying the living room and dining room together. The kitchen may have been small, but it was gorgeous when we finished. Subway tile, new white cabinets, window, stainless steel appliances, and ductless vent made this room beautiful. I carried the color red through this room as well. The baby’s room was just so much fun to decorate! Here are pictures of two of the bedrooms. The one was so welcoming to any guests who may be staying over – with beige walls and teal accents. It even had a “Welcome – Make Yourself at Home” basket waiting on the bed for them filled with items that one would find in luxury hotels. The other bedroom picture was the bedroom on the upper level. We opened up the space, creating a large retreat complete with a large walk-in closet along one whole wall and a full bath. And, I don’t want to brag, put it sold within a week, with multiple offers, and settled above asking price.
