Just a little enhancing to get the job done! This is an example of how Casa Bella Realty will enhance your home’s present décor to give it that wow factor. The owner of this property kept this home in pristine shape. It was well maintained, uncluttered, clean, and the choice of paint colors was very complimentary. In fact, it showed like a model home. The only changes we made were in the living room, kitchen, and sunroom. And these changes were pretty simple fixes. In the living room, we exchanged the pillows on the sofa and love seat, added a throw, and a wicker tray with a bottle of wine and wine glasses. Adding this touch brought new life and color to the room. We placed a cubicle against the accent wall and added baskets, bins, and other decorative pieces that tied into the rooms existing décor. The homeowner’s kitchen décor was pineapples and a beach theme. We carried the color blue into the kitchen by adding blue placemats, white dishes, and a centerpiece to the kitchen table. We then completed the staging on the countertops with some greens, a basket full of lemons and limes, and a few white accent pieces. Our final staging effort was in the sunroom. We added the wicker loveseat, chair, and tables. We carried the pineapple theme into this room by placing a yellow pineapple lamp on the corner table. We completed the relaxing, cozy look of this room with our beverage cart filled with colorful bottles of soda.
