Listed in the Fall, I chose the beautiful brown, gold and teal leaf picture as the focal point for the living room creating the warm and comfy feeling of my favorite season. Placing a few Fall decorations throughout the home and adding a touch of teal with the pillows and a few accent pieces completed the look I was going for. Our client commented that when he showed these pictures to his friends and co-workers, they commented, “Your house is so beautiful, why would you want to sell it?” Now that’s a compliment I will take!! Well, I was hoping someone would “fall” in love with this house, and they did – sold within 5 days of being on the market.
