This absolute charming detached colonial 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a finished basement was a joy to stage.
As you walk through the entrance way, you will feel right at home. This home boasts many renovations while keeping the original charm intact. The rounded archways, the wooden staircase, hardwood floors, and the focal point of the living room – the fireplace – still grace this home.
I tried to show this home through the lens of a camera. My accent pieces included several cameras, a displayed photography book, and some pictures that I had taken while on vacations hang on the walls.
This home spoke coziness to me so my primary accent color in the living room was blue – which tends to set a relaxed smoothing mood. The pillows on the beige couch and the area rug brought this room together rather nicely. The dining room and kitchen were accented with touches of red which complimented the painted walls and white cabinets.
Moving upstairs to the primary suite, I continued the red accents and tied in the travel theme with the pictures and pillows.
I staged the lower office so potential buyers could envision a play area for the kiddos and an office area for the adults. Just two of the many options this area could offer.
