Charm Meets Eloquence
This home showcases how Casa Bella Realty, LLC can manage many aspects of real estate. We purchased this home from a client. We re-designed, rehabbed, updated, staged, listed, and sold this beautiful home.
From the moment you enter this home, you will be enchanted. This home is the perfect blend of charm and eloquence. The main level features a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bath. The walls have been painted a light blue/gray accented with a deeper shade of color for the trim work. New luxury vinyl plank flooring continues through the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway. Plush new wall to wall carpeting has been installed in the three bedrooms. A wall between the kitchen and dining room has been removed to create a spacious open concept. The kitchen has been totally re-designed making cooking a delightful experience. New appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and stylish hood above the range. 42” white shaker cabinets and upgraded granite grace the kitchen and continue into the dining room. Plenty of cabinet space is provided by the gray shaker cabinets that line the length of the dining room. Floating shelves and a trending beaded chandelier complete the inviting feel of these rooms. The focal point in the living room – the fireplace – has been painted white with a black mantel and creates that cozy cottage feel as you relax in front of the fire on these chilly nights. The charm meets eloquence theme continues in the primary bedroom with the crystal fandalier (light with retractable blades). The main level bath has been completely redone with a pedestal sink, tub, tile work and decorative tile floor that matches the tile around the base of the fireplace.
The lower level is just as impressive as the main level. This level was also redesigned to provide the best use of the ample space. As you descend the steps (which boasts decorate risers) you will be wowed by the French doors that lead to an office area. The main area – the gathering place – is spacious and bright. Recessed lighting and luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed. The second bath has been updated to include a larger area, a tiled shower, and updated vanity and light fixture. The laundry room is large and features a washer, dryer, utility tub, and pantry. Continue through to one more room – a multi-purpose room. You can use this space as a work-out area, workshop, craft room, children’s play area, or whatever your needs may be. A large full-length closet has been added to this room.
I truly put my heart into this home from the beginning to the end. I could not wait to stage this home. I thought about it for months! I wanted the living room and dining room and kitchen to feel warm and comfortable but yet eloquent enough for formal dining. I accomplished a cozy feel in the living room with the blue and gray furniture, the bench for seating by the front window, pillows, a throw in a basket, the accent pieces on the fireplace and walls. In the dining room the beaded light fixture speaks for itself. The cushioned chairs and just the right amount of accent pieces on the floating shelves and counters finished the feel. Of course, I had to do a glam look in the bedroom because of the bandolier. From the black and white photos of actresses to the hooks on the wall to the door knobs on the closets – yes, it turned out just the way I had envisioned. The spacious lower level was staged to show the many possibilities this area offered: a private room as an office; a play area, a seating area, a bar area – plenty of ways this area could be used as a family room or an entertaining area. The bench in the laundry room was an old workbench from the previous owner. I cleaned it up, painted it, put contact paper on it and made it into a cute table for folding the laundry.
Every detail of this home has been carefully thought out and implemented to truly make this not just a move-in-ready home but one that will ensure the new owners feel right at home the moment they walk through the front door. How can you not feel happy in this home?
