What happens when a seller puts their heart and soul into delivering a top-notch home and a REALTOR® who is a Home Stager work together?   THIS…

The seller was determined to make sure all aspects of this home renovation were above standard. As you can see, he exceeded his goal. The kitchen and baths were upgraded, new luxury vinyl flooring and carpeting was installed, the lower level was done to perfection. Everything was stunning.

Working with a client of this caliber makes my job even more pleasurable! Truly, I didn’t have any suggestions on how he could make this home any more desirable to potential buyers.

With his work completed, mine began. I was motivated by his workmanship to ensure my staging complimented this home. I had the picture of the bridge that hangs on the living room wall above the sofa for some time, but it didn’t seem to go with most of the wall colors I had been working with in previous staging jobs. In this home, it seemed to work well. I concentrated on the black metal railings on the bridge, adding black metal accents with my choice of end tables, coffee tables, and sofa table to “bridge” this theme. Next, I added a few metal accent pieces, pillows, and lamps to tie it all together. The pictures in the dining room are two of my favorites. I kept it simple with the dining room/kitchen – just adding a few vases with flowers that mimic the pictures and a few accent pieces on the counters and island. The primary suite turned out quite nice with the splash of yellow and gray in the bedspread and wall décor.
