The owners of this three bedroom, two bath split foyer home relocated out of state just prior to listing their property. The house was cleaned and ready for me to stage. I focused on the main floor of this home. The homeowners had selected a calming color as their accent walls and painted the kitchen cabinets to match. In order not to distract from this warm and inviting feel, I used my black & white prints to adorn the walls in the living room. The large eat-in kitchen was the hub of this home as noted by the pass throughs into both the living room and sunroom. Additionally, the spacious sunroom could be accessed from the kitchen. In the kitchen, I kept things on a more informal level adding a little country charm to make this area feel homey. Wicker furniture and plants were added to the sunroom to give a relaxed, tropical feel. I continued the black and white theme into the primary bedroom which complimented the gray walls. A few pictures, tables, accent pieces and color-coordinated bedding was used to allow the new homeowners to see how this room could work for them.
