This spacious split foyer home is located on a quiet street in Middle River. The homeowner completed some projects; namely, freshly painted the entire home, installed new carpet, and completed some general updating throughout.
As it turned out, I needed to de-stage one property and stage this property on the same day. It made sense to load some of the same furniture: sofa, bed, dining room/kitchen table and trees into our truck and set it up at this new location. However, since I pride myself on making each home look unique, some chairs, table lights, all accent pieces and wall décor from the previous job were taken back to the warehouse and new pieces were pulled and loaded into the truck and placed in this home.
So basically, the same furniture was used but a completely different look was achieved. I exchanged the red chair with blue chairs and changed the dining room chairs. Since this home had more of a contemporary feel, I selected wall décor and accent pieces to complete the look. I loved the color of the paint that the homeowner chose and the picture I added in the living room complemented the walls making a style statement. I added a few fun pillows to the sofa, several pictures in the eat-in kitchen and some accent pieces to the countertops and island.
To keep the casual, calming vibe going, I carried over the blue theme into the primary suite. I added a blue accent chair, two small tables, pictures, a bedspread and some pillows which allowed potential buyers to envision themselves in this home.
The lower-level bathroom was massive. I added a few accent pieces and towels around the spa worthy jacuzzi tub creating a relaxing vibe.
