Staged homes can have a higher value and can result in selling your home quickly. Our Home Staging Expert®, Barbara Todd, will work with you on how to stage your home so that potential buyers will fall in love with your home the minute they see the professional pictures online. Levels of staging for occupied homes will include consultation, working with your existing home décor, or adding our accent pieces, wall décor, and perhaps some small pieces of furniture to appeal to buyers. For vacant homes, we will fully stage several rooms in your home using pieces from our vast inventory housed in our warehouse. These furnishings and décor will include both the latest trends and some unique pieces which will add that needed touch to make your home stand out.

When we are your buyer’s agent, we will provide you with excellent service, assist you in finding your home, negotiate with the seller’s agent, and shepherd you through the closing process.
